The team at MK SNAP (Milton Keynes Special Needs Advancement Project) were privileged to enjoy their annual ‘Vision Day’ on 14th March 2024, led by the visionary Freddie Guilmard as facilitator and hosted by the good folk of Howes Percival LLP in their offices. It’s a rare a precious opportunity to come together to ask the ‘big questions’ and to plan for the exciting future for the charity. The team came away with a deeper understanding of their common purpose and ambition for their learning community. MK Snap send thanks to their dedicated team of volunteers and staff that make the magic happen. The team are united in their ambition and now look forward to the next steps in their journey.

Professor Chris Kemp, Owner at Mind over Matter Consultancy stated - “Probably one of the best vision days that I have ever attended. The level of engagement from everyone, and the tone and drive of Freddie, really did bring the best out of the team. Enabling discourse and the appreciation of other points of view created a really thought-provoking day and I came away buzzing and with a new perspective on my fellow trustees and the management team.”

Sinem Bilen-Onabanjo, Head of Legacy Engagement at Oxfam commented - “My first vision day at MK Snap, and one that not only further consolidated my commitment to the collective ambition but also opened up conversations and opportunities to get to know fellow trustees and the senior leadership too. Thank you for facilitating this so masterfully too Freddie Guilmard.”

Melanie Beck, Chairman at MK Snap gave the following feedback - “Freddie was amazing. Understood exactly what we wanted to achieve. Explored it from different angles, removed the ‘so what’ and puffery that can derail discussions and got us totally focussed on what we needed to achieve. It certainly made our trustees think about their reason for being connected with MK Snap and what they could bring and should bring in terms of focus. Great job for us.”

Freddie responded - “Thank you for the opportunity to work with your team and the board - As a fan of the charity, it was a privilege to be able to support you all.”
