Welcoming our new Fellowship Ambassador! Nov 2019

We are delighted to announce that Beckie Staincliffe from European Health and Safety Consultants Ltd, is our new Fellowship Ambassador.

Beckie is a Director of her company and is a qualified safety professional. As a previous Fellow of ours, she benefited greatly from the programme and grew as an individual.  She now wants to share her story and encourage others to take the leap! In her role as Ambassador she will provide an important link between active and graduate Fellows and the many charities we support through the programme.   She will work with us to keep the Fellowship programme exciting and impactful, will help us meet our bold ambition of establishing further Fellowships nationwide – ensuring that we meet our vision of building inclusive and caring communities.

This is what Beckie had to say about why she chose to become involved…

“The Red Thread Fellowship is an amazing Programme! I have been provided with invaluable coaching throughout the year.  I have been able to make big leadership decisions with numerous tools and techniques to help me along the way.

I feel that it is important that participants can reach out to previous Fellows for support or to ask questions that they might not feel they can ask the Tutors.  I still cannot believe that the Leadership Programme is free – it’s an amazing Programme and I cannot put into words how much I have gained from participating in it!”

The impact that Beckie had on her chosen charity throughout the year was so great, that she was awarded our ‘Outstanding Contribution’ award (as did her charity project partner, Chris Geaney from Mercer & Hole) – such a well deserved recognition for them both!
